📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Times & Rates

United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $2.99
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 USD
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $7.99

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holiday demand.


🌎 International Shipping

Neutrae currently ships to selected international countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Rates vary depending on destination and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
  • Shipping times may vary for rural or remote locations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Neutrae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost or missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building staff.
  • Confirm the shipping address you entered.
  • Contact the carrier for assistance.
  • If you still cannot locate it, email us at support@neutrae.com — we’re here to help.

🛑 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, Neutrae is not responsible for failed delivery.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@neutrae.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.
